Tender Dynamics provide business to business services around the niche area of competitive tendering, for both sales teams and procurement bodies. Incorporated on 22nd September 2006 the company has one office in Mold, North Wales to date and has been a client of Ellis & Co since September 2006.

Why did you choose Ellis & Co?

We met Robert Ellis and thought that what he had to say made a lot of sense; we found him easy to get along with, and were impressed with his passion and enthusiasm for business. Later, we realised through subsequent meetings, that he has a clear vision and is keen to expand his own business, which we found inspirational as we view business in the same way.

Which accounting services does Ellis & Co provide for your business?

Ellis & Co recently completed our reports and accounts for the Sole Trader business, formed our Limited Company and are advising us on taxation. Ellis & Co shall prepare our annual accounts for us at in September. Advice received has led to setting up a payroll giving scheme for employees; the establishment of our asset register and cash books.

How would you describe Ellis & Co?

We have found Ellis and Co have that “certain something” which is demonstrated via the enthusiasm of the whole team, who through their professionalism and support have been a real encouragement for a young and dynamic business such as ourselves.
