Leading businesses were honoured at this year’s prestigious High Sheriff of Cheshire Enterprise Awards.
The event, hosted by the High Sheriff of Cheshire, Kathy Cowell, and the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Chester, Professor Tim Wheeler; was held at The Pavilion Suite, Chester Racecourse on March 23.
More than 300 guests gathered to celebrate the awards, including guest speaker of the evening John Amaechi OBE; New York Times best-selling author, consultant, educator, broadcaster, former NBA star, and elite psychologist.
The awards are sponsored by local businesses and applications are processed by a judging panel.
“I am delighted to be associated with the High Sherriff’s Awards, the evening was a great success,” said sponsor and judge Robert Ellis, Director at Ellis & Co Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers.
“We have great business talent within this region and these awards ensure that hard work and commitment doesn’t go unrecognised.”
