Cheshire business women welcomed in the festive season with reindeers, mince pies and a Christmas quiz.

The event was held by The West Cheshire Womens Network at the Holiday Inn, Chester South on Friday, December 1.

Co-hosted by Natwest PLC, Ellis & Co Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers, West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce and Cheshire West and Chester Council; the West Cheshire Womens Business Network provides an opportunity for businesswomen to come together, four meetings are held throughout the year.

Guests were greeted with a selection of tea, coffees, pastries, cakes and mince pies.

There was plenty of yuletide cheer in the air as each guest received a special Christmas gift as a thank you for their continued support over the past 12 months.

Attendees were then given the opportunity to network before the festive themed games began and prizes were won.

“The women’s network events are always fantastically attended,” said Johanna Holehouse, relationship manager at NatWest Business Banking.

"Our aim of connecting, inspiring and helping women to succeed is something we all think is very worthwhile.”

Debbie Bryce, deputy chief executive officer at the Chamber of Commerce added: “As we draw closer to the end of the year and the start of the 2018, it’s so rewarding to see how far The West Cheshire Womens Network has come.

“We’ve already planned our four events for 2018, we will be announcing the names of our speakers in the New Year, so please keep an eye on our social media pages for details.”
