Ellis & Co becomes trusted partner of Wrexham’s International Trade Hub

There’s already lots to be excited about for the Ellis & Co team with the recent announcement that we are a trusted partner of the newly established International Trade Hub in Wrexham.

Launching in January 2024, the Hub aims to provide an ‘affordable and easy to access resource to the business community’. Run by ITSG World Limited, an independent international trade advice and support provider, the Hub will be located in Redwither Tower (former home to our Ellis & Co Wrexham office), on one of Europe’s largest industrial estates, Wrexham Industrial Estate. This ensures that the Hub is ideally placed to provide expert guidance and support to a much wider range of businesses. Those wishing to visit the Hub can do so free of charge.

What will Ellis’ role be as a Trusted Partner?

At any one time there will be two Trusted Partner desks open to businesses. These partners have been identified following extensive discussions and based on their ability to provide real value to those businesses seeking support and advice.

Ellis will join partners from many industries and organisations, including finance brokers, specialist funders, customs agents, freight forwarders, solicitors, legal notaries, transport specialists travel consultants. We will join as a trusted accountancy partner.

Further to this, the recent announcement in the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement that Wrexham and Flintshire has been named as a key Investment Zone, means that great things are on their way for Wrexham-based businesses in 2024.
