Director

I’m Robert, the founder and Director of Ellis & Co. Here, I continue to provide strategic oversight and guidance to the firm’s overall vision and development.

I’m John, one of the Directors at Ellis & Co. I look after a wide range of clients of all sizes and from all sectors, providing tailored advice on various accounting and tax matters to help their businesses grow and thrive.

John Farrell

Director

I’m John. I’m one of the Directors at Ellis & Co. I look after a mixed portfolio of clients in different sectors to ensure their business and the individuals are as tax-efficient as possible. I’m also responsible for the practice development of both our Chester and Wrexham offices, and a board member of the West Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and Chester BID.

I’m James. I’m one of the Directors and RIs (Responsible Individuals’) who deal with statutory audits at Ellis & Co. I’m also responsible for a large number of limited company and partnership clients whom I give bespoke advice to.

I’m Donna, a Personal Assistant who works closely with Robert Ellis, where I provide essential administrative and client support to ensure the smooth operation of the practice.

I’m Lyndsey. I’m a Personal Assistant to the Tax Department. I’m mainly responsible for assisting our Tax Manager in the preparation and filing of personal and corporate tax returns.

I’m Alison. I’m an accounts senior at Ellis & Co. I’m responsible for a diverse range of limited companies and directors, where I provide guidance and support to ensure their business runs successfully and tax efficiently.

I’m Paul. I’m a Chartered Accountant and the audit and accounts manager. I’m responsible for reviewing our audit and accounts preparation assignments at Ellis & Co.

I’m Alice. I am a senior accountant at Ellis & Co. I am part of the accounts and audit team, where my main responsibilities include preparing financial statements, audits and VAT returns for clients in various business sectors.

I’m Leon. I am an accounts and audit semi-senior here at Ellis & Co. I am responsible for the preparation and completion of both accounts and audits, I also provide regular support to my portfolio of clients.

I’m Katie. I’m the Payroll Manager at Ellis & Co. I’m responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of our clients’ end-to-end payroll requirements.

Tax Manager

I’m Melanie. I’m the Tax Manager here at Ellis & Co and deal with getting everyone’s tax returns in on time. I also advise on all aspects of tax planning, including minimising income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax, company tax and dealing with all the random tax questions that come up.
